Agencies pay no monthly fee. GolfStay charges 5% on the commission the agency earns per confirmed booking. If the agency doesn't get paid (cancellation, no-show), GolfStay doesn't charge. No minimums, no annual contracts.
Hotel: close by threshold (€500 accumulated) or close by cycle (7 days) — whichever comes first. Auto-charge on the saved card. Odoo issues the Spanish fiscal invoice instantly. Agency: monthly close on day 1.
Your data is yours. Export bookings, guests, reports and config in CSV or JSON with one click at /dashboard/settings. We retain post-cancellation for 30 days; then irrecoverably deleted.
Yes: -15% if you pay the hotel monthly fee annually upfront. The metered part (bookings) is still billed monthly. Discuss in /demo or /en/contact.
