Terms of service.

Using GolfStay (web, app, API) implies acceptance of these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Service. GolfStay is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that connects hotel systems, golf systems, and specialised agencies. We provide technical infrastructure; we are not a party to the bookings executed through the platform.
2. Accounts. Each organisation is responsible for the confidentiality of its credentials. External adapter credentials (PMS, golf, email) are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
3. Payments. Usage model described at /en/pricing. Invoices are issued automatically by Odoo on Stripe charge. Disputes are resolved first via commercial email.
4. Availability. We operate on Vercel + Supabase with their underlying SLAs. We don't guarantee 24/7 availability during the pilot phase. For binding SLAs, enterprise contracts.
5. Data. The tenant owns its data. CSV/JSON export at /dashboard/settings. After cancellation we retain 30 days, then irrecoverably delete.
6. Limitation of liability. In pilot phase, GolfStay assumes no liability for individual booking errors beyond best-effort support. Operational responsibility for each booking lies with the corresponding hotel and course.
7. Modifications. We can change these terms with email notice to the tenant's OWNER account.
