GolfStay processes personal data received (forms, signup, app interaction) under GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD. The data controller is GolfStay SL (provisional name; incorporation expected Q3 2026).
Data we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone), contracting (hotel/agency fiscal data), app usage (aggregated telemetry for debugging), and what's necessary to operate bookings and send transactional email on behalf of the tenant.
We never sell or share data with third parties. Sub-processors operating on our behalf — Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Odoo (invoicing) — are bound by data processing agreements.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, opposition, portability, and limitation. Exercise them by writing to info@golfstay.ai. Competent authority: AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
